    1. Happy birthday, but this is not the worlds oldest cat at 30 years… Reminding of a cat born in 1967, that passed in 2005 at 38 years old

    2. She also outlived her first two owners. The Third gave her up and put her in charity until she was adopted again and is currently living with her fourth.(Vicki Green)

I just hope it’s not miserable and can hardly get around, nothing sucks worse that seeing something you love hurt and hardly be able to get around. If it’s still able to do things at a decent level then I find it absolutely amazing that it’s still around and thriving.

    4. I was hoping my boi would make it to gain that title someday, 18 years wasn’t long enough 😭 I hope she keeps going and claims the record of oldest cat ever as all cats should

I always wonder how they verify the date of birth on a cat. It’s not like they have accurate records on an animal birth.

The oldest on record Guiness cat was supposed to be 38 years old. The guy is from Austin, TX who owned it. It just so randomly happens that he owned the previous record holder too. The odds of that happening have to be astronomical or he is full of crap.

My wife is a veterinarian and had a major issue w/it, just by what the guy was feeding it. He fed it only bacon, eggs, broccoli and coffee w/cream and exercise.

The GI tract of a cat does not handle veggies well, bacon grease, nor eggs.
Bacon is high in cholesterol, fat and sodium causing obesity, fatty liver, possible salt toxicity, pancreatitis.

Eggs cause obesity and cholesterol issues in cats.

Coffee is very toxic and vet should be consulted if they drink it. Cats can’t process caffeine and can get tremors, heart issues, restlessness and coma or death.

Even decaf has a small amount in it that harms them, as well as tannins and theobromine, like giving chocolate to a dog can kill them.
